Sorry you're having trouble!
Did you have a different Honeyside mod in the previous save? Did you remove all your loot from Honeyside before adding the mod? If you're able to get inside, try pulling the "everythingoff" handle near the Thieves Guild display at the top of the stairs, and exiting the house. Then save, and reload your game. Go back inside: does it work? You can repurchase your decorations through at Mistveil keep or pull the other handle which makes everything appear. You'll probably have to re-buy the Enchanting room then change and re-buy the children's room.
Hope that helps!
So glad to hear! Uninstalling a mod is tricky and is a source of much pain and anguish...thanks for persisting:) Just wait until you see the mod this one is designed to play with....We've been ALPHA testing for 6 months now, so we're very near the end, and will be able to publish the BETA very shortly.
Thanks for trying the mod:D Sounds like the previous Honeyside (QofT?) was not cleanly uninstalled. 'Fraid you need to go back to a save with QofT in it, make sure that Honeyside is installed but not Thane of Riften. Gather all your belongings and stow them outside the house. Then you need to uninstall QofT: there is an urn outside by the wood chopping block, near the garden, that, if touched, reverts the house back to the stage before you buy the furnishings. Then save, exit the game, un-sub QofT and reneter that save; it should be vanilla. Save again. Enter that save: still looks good(vanilla) then exit game and add Thane of Riften.
Hope that helps!
I think navmesh is one of my last great beasts to slay. I know a fair deal about it now, but It's still tricky, especially when it comes to changing vanilla meshes, rather than creating them.
Thanks so much for the kind words. It's good to be back and I'm touched to be remembered. :) I've been working like a dog on my quest mod, and it's finally done (four years later). There is one last set of ALPHA tests and it'll be published (BETA) here first. Thane of Riften is a version of Honeyside that replaces Queen of Thieves, so they cannot be used together. Although I love QofT, keeping the bed in the original position was necessary to persuade Brynjolf to do all he's meant to do, so I had to reconfigure the home, to suit the upcoming mod, as vanilla Honeyside is completely unacceptable. The features are similar, aside from the forgery. There are fewer dedicated storage site, but I might add them as I go along (I don't mind requests here). One difference is that Ionia has a bit more of a natural schedule because otherwise she is surprisingly annoying!
