This asset pack contains the Kalgoorlie Bus Depot, Road Board Office and the Bus Depot sign. In game they function as a bus depot, unique building and a simple prop respectively. These asset are loosely modelled off their real life counterparts found in the mining town of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia.

The Kalgoorlie Bus Depot was formally a carbarn (tram depot) back in the days when trams ran along 22 km of tram tracks throughout Kalgoorlie from 1902 to its closure in 1952. Buses were found to be a much cheaper alternative to trams so eventually replaced them. The depot has been renovated to store and maintain the Transperth buses which now serves as the towns main public transportation.

Kalgoorlie Bus Depot asset is a 'Bus Depot' in game with the same vanilla stats, it has been lightly detailed with vanilla props as well as Avanya's Vent 5 prop. The Bus Depot Office (road board office) is a low cost 'unique building' in game which again has been lightly detailed with vanilla props. The Depot sign is just a simple prop. The vanilla props can be removed by using a prop switching/removal mod like BOB or Prop Switcher.
