That's a very good question, it was found in the files amongst the textures that came with the screens. it's possible it's just an easter egg, dunno.

I got this mod when I was a little dumber and I was like "WHY DOES NOTHIN' WORK?!" But now I'm less-dumb I know how some things work... P.S GREAT MOD P.P.S (Why do I see the Apature Science logo on the backpack?!)
