Kazotsky Kick Engineer - Charger (TF2)

Description
Replaces the Charger with Team Fortess 2's Engineer doing the Kazotsky Kick taunt, comes with voice lines, viewmodel arms and LOD models, credit to Valve for Engineer's model and voice clips.

Say, could you make a slight update for a 50/50 chance for a BLU engineer? Or maybe make it like other charger scripts where the BLU engineer for L4D1 campaigns and RED engineer for L4D2 campaigns? Whichever is feasible.
