How to Unlock Cosmo Pavone (Secret Character)

Cosmo Pavone is the new secret character added in v0.10.0

How to Unlock

It is possible to unlock it with other characters but I would highly recommend you using Exdash (as long as the requirements below are met).
The Character you choose must have 0 eggs (turning eggs off does not work!). You also must have already collected the Yellow Sign and unlocked Zi'Assunta Belpaese
1. Play as Exdash
2. Go to Cappella Magna
3. Get "Ebony Wings" (Exdash starting Weapon) and "Peachone"
4. Move upwards above Crown and Tiragisú
5. The passage will be blocked by a gate. You can destroy it only if you have Ebony Wings and Peachone
6. Collect the item
7. You can now buy the character in the character selection screen

This is only based on what I figured out on my own and in the beta, so if I wrote something wrong please let me know

Character Stats

Cosmo gains +1 Recovery and +1% Luck every level, and +1 Revival every 100 levels. There is no cap on these bonuses.

This is harsh for those who actually have eggs on all character lmao. Only way to reset is by getting one of your character to 5000 eggs and removing it completely to 0 in Moongolow

@Jikkuryuu I am not recommend it because I am trying to "push" a guide (that isnt even mine), but for the reason you mentioned yourself "having more than 1 hp + starting with a bird"

The emphasis on using Exdash is kind of weird. You could just 'suggest playing as a character that starts with one of the birds so you only have to fish for one. Exdash has more than 1hp, so that's way easier than playing Toasty.'
You can still push your Exdash guide that way, AND this guide won't look outdated if another option comes up later. (Such as a character that lets you pick which weapon you start with. ie the other new character in this update.)

welp, i found another way to unlock it:
If you haven't beaten cappella magna yet, survive until 30minutes, and when all the walls are removed from the field for the boss, you can just walk over the bird and pick it up (I actually don't know if this happens after you defeat him, since I heard he doesn't spawn every time).

I don't know if this works if you have a character with eggs (I didn't), but yea, slight oversight by the devs lol

If you're like me & only had one character with 0 eggs, it's good to note that data recovery will absolutely work if you accidentally pick up eggs during the run (accidentally killed a Ring Guardian during my first attempt & used data recovery hoping it'd work & it did)!
