Best Properties to Buy for Each Characters (GTA V Story Mode)

There 15 Properties you can buy in GTA V Story Mode.
But, if you buy properties with wrong characters, you can't sell it.
So here the guide, so you buy it with correct characters.

Introduction

In this guide we not including 4-car garage, LS Hangar, Helipad, and Boat Marina, Because this are properties you really must buy for personal use (i recommend to buy this first than business properties).

And i will make some option for the player who prefer :

• Minimalist

In my opinion Minimalist will become best option for player who not like repetitive useless side mission.

Annoyed with properties calls & e-mail every time you switch character? but still want properties achievement? Here the Best Option for You.

Michael

Note :

• All Michael Exclusive Properties have property Mission, so LSGC become weekly profit for Michael.

Franklin

• LSPD Auto Impound
  
• Downtown Cab Co. : $2,000/week
  
• Los Santos Custom : $1,600/week

Total : 3,600/week
Note :

• Taxi not have repetitive properties mission, so you can play it without got annoyed.

Trevor

• Trevor Exclusive Properties : $5.000‬/week

Note :

• Yup, He don't need do anything, He even already have free head start!

Using this you can get playing without getting disturbed by Properties Management Call, but all your character still have paycheck every week, and also you can finish all properties achievement.

Best option to follow?

For me is Minimalist, Since most of properties only there for money sink for story mode or stock market. So its not really worth to buy it, but because achievement and 100% progress needed you to have 5 properties, Minimalist option is best pick to take.

Fit with Lore option?

This is my opinion, not really official.

• Sonar Collections Dock : Michael, Because he have unlocked Strange & Freaks there after buy the docks.
  
• Los Santos Golf Club : Trevor, Since Michael hate golf, meanwhile Franklin never have scene for golf (Michael have from switch scene, meanwhile Trevor from Strange & Freaks).
  
• Tequi-la-la : Trevor, Since he like Rock radio. Michael more prefer Pop music, Meanwhile Franklin Hip hop music.
  
• Pitchers & Hen House : Trevor, because this are gay bar.
  
• Car Scrapyard : Trevor, because most of management business, make you to fight bikers.
  
• Hookies : Franklin, Since most of customer there using bike like his personal vehicles.

Using this :

• Franklin (including Exclusive Propeties) : 17.600/week (Total 5 properties)
  
• Trevor (including Exclusive Properties) : 294.020/week (total 6 properties)
