Hedgehog's Quill

Description
Hedgehog's Quill is a trinket that gives the user an immense amount of speed, +1.7, even exceeding the speed cap! Be careful though, because the speed is capped for a reason...

The trinket is a not so sublte reference to Sonic the Hedgehog.
Includes EID and Encyclopedia compatability.

For some reason, this is not working properly. It definitely exceeds the Speed Cap, adding 1.7 speed...

Each tick, making the game immediately unplayable on pickup. It does not go back to normal when dropping the trinket. We don't know why it does this.
