As of 11.11.2022, the retexture became obsolete, having been integrated directly into both the official mod and its xml fork.

A complete, high resolution retexture for Jecrell's Call of Cthulhu: Cosmic Horrors mod

I'm sorry to say it, but no. I never used Rimworld of Magic, nor do I plan to. Its a bit too powerful for my tastes
