About the model

This model has been created through my new work flow. This workflow is more detailed. This means it can also be used in first and third person games. This building has 11K tris and I scaled down the texture to 2048x1024. This model has a custom LoD, which is between 60 tris with a 256x128 texture, with a diffuse, specular, color and illumination map. A more detailed version can be attained through Patreon.

If you want this building added to your RICO buildings, add it in the settings menu, under growables. I recommend using the realistic population mod, this will calculate the amount of occupants in the building.
