Description
Claim dibs on Archaeology Sites with Science Ships

Here's how:
1 - Enter system with Science Ship.
2 - If the system has an Archaeology Site in it, a greyed out button will appear on the science ship's window.
3 - Survey the system.
4 - If you can afford the flat cost of 150 Influence and 250 Alloys, the button is now active.
5 - Click the button and tada, Outpost!
