How to unlock Gyorunton (New Secret Character)

A guide on how to unlock the Character Gyorunton (new in v0.9.0)

How to Unlock

1. Choose any character (preferably with a strong starting weapon like Leda). Eggs can be used
2. Before you move on with the stage selection screen limit your max Weapons to one. This is
necessary to unlock the character
3. Choose the "Boss Rash" stage. You can unlock it by unlocking Hyper mode for all 5 normal stages.
4. Survive the stage (15min).
5. The character is now available in your character selection screen.

You don't have the max Weapons option in the left bottom corner?

The option will be unlocked after you got the achievement "Mindbender". It's the achievement for having 100 entries in the Collection (so basically for unlocking 100 achievements)

Can I use Puganala?

Yes you can. The game lets you start out with two weapon despite having them fixed to a maximum of one. Her weapon will also evolve so there is no problem

It is not necessary to limit max weapons to one. It doesn't hurt, but you do not need to unlock "Mindbender" first. It is enough to simply not pick a second weapon.

I found it very easy to beat Boss Rash with just one weapon with Leda and picking "Game Killer" as first Arcana. No XP gain means no levelling which in turn means minimum health for all enemies and no risk of picking a second weapon. Plus all XP gems add to your damage output which makes it easy to kill some of the more annoying bosses.

it doesn't work with pugnala unless you evolve their weapon within the 15 minute timeframe. if you end with 2 weapons it won't count.

It does work with pugnala. that's how i unlocked it.
