overheating sound 过热声音

Description
This replace the chainsaw's clam down sound actually, so the clam down sound may sounds strange, and it may conflict with ur chainsaw addon, but this is the best way i find to solve the overheating sound's problem.
这个实际上是替换了电锯的转速降低声音，所以电锯的转速降低声音会听着有点奇怪，或这会与你的电锯mod冲突，不过这是我能想到的解决过热声音问题的最好的方法了。
