I don't believe it does.. but you can run nav_generate in console to create one. From memory though the bots will get stuck in one of the rooms between A and C.

Leave it with me and I might have a working nav file for it soon.

I had guessed that among the things you do in your daily life, uploading an old map was probably a low priority, so being patient was a good idea.
