A very simple and light mod.
The tranq arrows of the phone version arrive to pc, but with some sense.

There has always been a gap between the Tranq Arrows at level 21, and Tranquilizer Darts at level 62, but no more.
Here we have an inspiration from the mobile-exclusive, Toxicant Arrows. Renamed as Toxic Arrows for level 42, causing an intermediate torpor between the 2 ones named above.

Name: Toxic Arrow.
Unlock: Level 42.
Crafting resources:
- Bio Toxin x1.
- Tranq Arrow x1.
Torpor: Something near 202.

Commands: cheat gfi ToxicArrow 1 1 0
Blueprint: Soon

- A new reskin model for the new Toxic Arrows, as they still use the vanilla Tranq Arrows model.

Toxic arrows appear to deal the exact same damage (and thus the same topor) when shot with a crossbow as with a bow. This makes them only slightly better than tranq arrows shot from the crossbow, because of the slightly higher topor multiplier.

Tranq with bow: 20 damage (90 topor)
Toxic with bow: 35 damage (192.5 topor)

Tranq with crossbow: 35 damage (157.5 topor)
Toxic with crossbow: 35 damage (192.5 topor)

The damage for the compound bow appears to be in order, oddly enough.

Tranq with compound bow: 27 damage (121.5 topor)
Toxic with compound bow: 47 damage (258.5 topor)

By my calculations, the damage from the crossbow should have been approx. 60, to be in line with the approx. 75% higher damage stone arrows deal from the crossbow (95 vs 55 with the bow). That would have given a topor of 330 with the 5.5x multiplier toxic arrows apparently has.
