Introducing Rank and Skill Rank in Counter Strike Global Offensive

Rank :
After you run the game for the first time, you have no rank. In order to increase your rank, you can increase your XP in 5 different parts of the game, which are called mods. The number of kills and records will determine your XP amount. According to experience, the most XP can be gained from the competitive part of the game. In this section, players compete in two groups of 5 to 5. But the Competitive part is not available in the first rank. And to increase your XP, you must increase your rank in different sectors.

Skill Rank Competitve :
The amount of rank you get in the game is called skill rank. The first time you start the game. If you experience two wins in the Competitive section. You have to wait 24 hours for this section to be activated again, and in total you can get skill rank within 5 days and 10 wins. And after you get the rank, the limit on the number of wins in the Competitive section per day will be lifted. Currently, there are 18 ranks in the Competitive grade section, you can see the grade and name of each one in the image below. The amount of rank you get depends on the number of your wins and losses and the number of your score. So, the more professional you are, the better rank you get.



Skill Rank Wingman :
This section is the same as the Competitive section, except that the competition is 2 to 2. With 10 wins, you can get the wingman rank. The number of wins and losses as well as the record determines your rank in the 10th game. Wingman's skill rank images are the same as the competitive section.



Skill Rank Dangerzone :
This part, which is one of the parts added to the CS GO game, is inspired by the PUBG game. Players try to survive and kill each other in a map and finally one person will win the battle. With 10 wins, you can get a skill rank in this game.

Final point

After you have earned a rank in any of the 3 different sections. You can increase your rank with consecutive wins, usually 4 to 5 games. If you don't play any of the different sections, usually within a month, your rank will be lost and you have to get your rank back usually with 2 wins.
