STEPS TO PLAY DELTARUNE ON WINDOWS 7
Read this if you want to play Deltarune Chapter 1&2 from Steam in Windows 7 (since you can't create a guide, I create this post as a kind of tutorial).

QUICK UPDATE
Thankfully, Toby and his team added a new oficcial version that solves this problem. However, if you have the game translated into another language (my case, for example), you still need to do the steps below. Anyways, the new (and oficcial) steps are:
  1. Open the Steam Client, go to your Library, right-click on Deltarune and then click on Properties .
  2. Go to the Betas menu and click on the "None" text .
  3. Select the option that says "attemps to win7 fix" or something like that . Close the window and wait for it to download.
  4. Done! Now you can play Deltarune on Windows 7 officially. If this method doesn't work (Toby put that as an attemp, as you can see), do the steps below.

OLD STEPS (DO THEM IF YOU HAVE THE GAME TRANSLATED OR THE ABOVE METHOD DOESN'T WORK)

  1. Open your browser and type in the direction bar: steam://nav/console

  2. Once you are in the steam console, type download_depot 1690940 1690941 8311763012442684526 and press Enter. If it says Downloading depot 1690941 after a few seconds, you will be downloading Version 1.07 of the game (1.09 won't work on Windows 7; idk if 1.08 does).

  3. After a while, you will get a notice that it has been downloaded. Go to the direction it indicates, copy the folder and paste it on the Desktop, for example.

  4. You don't have to delete Version 1.10, but DON'T OPEN the game from Steam. Open the game from the copied and pasted folder and Steam will log the hours played anyway if you add it as a game that is not from Steam, so you should be able to play Deltarune on Windows 7 :)

I don't know why you'd want to downgrade on Windows 11 xd, but yes, it works
