Going back to the menu as soon as the first round is over (XP table is shown) and resetting the game is better than to play the whole BO3.
With this strategy, it is better, the more medkits you have as goal.
In my test runs (time measured from and to the same point - multiplayer menu before clicking "create private match"), I've gained:
~23,5 XP/sec with BO3 and 5 kits
~31,8 XP/sec with BO1 and 5 kits
~33,4 XP/sec with BO1 and 7 kits
~35,8 XP/sec with BO1 and 10 kits
~38,2 XP/sec with BO1 and 20 kits
In the default 10 minutes set I was able to get max 17 or 18 kits.
All of the tests are including the bonus XP from surviving explosions and destroying stuff.
For the amount of gained XP, it was expected that I was very consistent, with not messing up any of the long runs (sometimes, i have failed and got only two medium runs (2x200 XP)) and getting the surviving explosions on the first try.
If you want to survive the 3 explosions for extra XP, I recommend getting dynamite, if you have the level, felt easier to coordinate the distance, from which it isn't lethal damage.
Lastly, for the demolition XP, as survivor I always destroyed the two barrels under the bridge to get access on it through the middle part, and the wooden barricade on the far left to get access to med kit there. As offensive, it doesn't matter with the long time of 5 minutes, just go nuts :)
Also, you only need 5 miiinutes to get the 5 medkits with everything, so don't waste that precious time during offensive turn by lowering 10 to 5 minute rounds
update: doing 20 med kits instead of runs per 5 equates to the same xp/h, because the lack of extra "delivery boy" bonuses balances with the menuing/loading, so it's a little less click intensive, just running. (20 kits took me 10mins and I got rewarded with 26k, 5kits with menuing take 3mins and gives 8k)
