Texture editing, model replacing, and other stuff

READ BELOW BEFORE COMMENTING
Install the required items and then install the reskin. If it doesn't work, try doing it the other way around.
If THAT doesn't work, then try this tutorial (note this was made for weapon reskins, not model reskins)

Make mr funny scientist mans face posing abilities actually work so it looks like hes talking (feel free to take this mod and pick it apart to make this work)
