Qara Khitai (Yelü Dashi)

Adds the Qara Khitai Empire (also known as Kara Khitai and the Western Liao Dynasty), under the Gurkhan Yelü Dashi. Yelu Dashi fled the Liao dynasty in China after the Jurchens took it over, and he and his fellow remaining Khitans built up a massive empire in Central Asia, containing Khitan, Chinese, Persian, Turkic, and Islamic cultures. This empire was also known for the numerous vassals it had under its control.
