Emperor Belos [The Owl House]

Description

Replaces the Vampire set with Emperor Belos from 'The Owl House'

The sprite size was limited so I couldn't make the horns taller.

@Cortes1 I made the king pack, but I had to replace the fox set instead.

I made the golden guard, not 100% proud of it but it took longer than I expected so I'll leave it as is.
