Description
Added a quality 4 item in curse room pool:

waffle iron
Sacred section

Give 6 broken hearts
Spawn a random quality 4 item and a cube of meat
keeper：-1 max coin, 50/50 chance to spawn a rotten meat/keeper's sack
lost: no cost，one-time use
Charge time is 38 room
(Clarification: It's fully charged on pickup, 38 is just rechrage time. SO WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR DO IT RIGHT NOW)

Update: Add special interaction for keeper and lost.

honestly this seems like a surprisingly balanced item the more i think about it. the ability to spawn a guaranteed q4 item is incredible, but at the cost of PERMANENTLY HALVING YOUR HP... that's something you really have to think about before you risk using it. this item is absolutely ufcking busted on keeper though, you only lose one heart and then you immediately get it back from the rotten meat so there's literally zero cost involved. still. very intriguing item with an extreme risk and extreme reward.
