@ Deora , thanks man, I appreciate your constructive criticism. It was never really my goal to get to the main page but just sharing the crappy buildings I made for my own Manhattan build. Im not too focussed on their quality , because to me they are just fillers between the good looking landmark buildings other much more talented creaters release. However comments like yours do encourage me to try and improve. I'll see if my next one can be better. I'll have to read up on how to do lightmaps and stuff but who knows, maybe I can make something people apart from myself would be actually content with.

use in game pictures and include triangle count and texture sizes in the description

Good to see you´re still going strong and even though your assets lack a bit in detail, i see they have a steady following. I´m using some of them in my own creation of NYC. Yet still i wonder if you could be able to do better. Maybe add nightlighting and a bit more details. Sure it´s hard work, but wouldn´t it be rewarding to appear suddenly on the main page with a well done obscure asset (i see most of your stuff comes from Manhattan) that nobody has done before?(cough cough....people would love a Javits Convention Center----cough gough)
Put more effort into your work, add a few nice pictures of it into the workshop and you will be on the main page in no time.

It's titled as "New Asset," so if you search for it as titled it doesn't show up. Otherwise, not bad.

its not amazing haha, I just made this for my own Manhattan build, it functions as a monument, doesn't have nightlighting. Also you will need 'move it' mod to place it correctly.

This looks amazing. Really needs information on the spec's and is it a RICO, office, High rise, etc...
