Description
The game's combat value calculation is essentially an exponential-like function, and by turning down the weight of the Curtain Index and other values, it achieves the goal of solving the overflow problem of most data-explosive mods and minimizing the file as much as possible. Theoretically, it's possible to go one step further and lower the Curtain Index to accommodate even more data-explosive mods.The original game's fighting strength formula is {(effective life value × damage value)^Curtain Index} × Scale Factor. Effectively solves the data overflow problem caused by powerful mods such as ACOT.
Features:
1. Later on, not only can you have a fleet of several hundred M with a command limit of 4000, but the data doesn't become 1, which satisfies the needs of data maniacs.
2.Adjusted navy capacity limit to 400000 and fleet command limit to 4000, better experience with other mods.
Fixed the bug of not being able to read the file, try to put it underneath so that it won't be overwritten by other mods. Removed Leapfrog fix, because it causes some bugs.

建造更多巨构的行星战舰并编组后似乎会失效(单艘1.3g,超过两艘编组后就出现负数战力的情况)

playing with Gigastructure, Planetary Diversity and ACOT give 0 Diplomacy, already reinstall all mod and start new game still 0 DIplomacy after have over 10 G Power Fleet.

已更新新算法,修复了战力过低导致显示最小规模系数的问题。

@tipoima The algorithm has been re-updated to redefine a new formula and block some of the previous modifications.the situation you described should not occur now.

@Pupil_passed 游戏战斗力计算公式是个类指数函数,光调低幕指数只会小几倍。ACOT等MOD战力膨胀可是至少几千倍,一艘舰队几G的数据,所以我也调低了其他参数。相应地调高了一些规模系数(不影响溢出,只是作为显示),相当于最小颗粒度。可能战力非常低的船战斗力直接变成最小颗粒度的数据了,这个大概只会影响开局送的舰队,不会影响之后的游戏。
