CS:GO Pro Movement Guide!

A all-inclusive guide to maneuver and evade in CS:GO!!!

Basic Movement Basics in CS:GO Basically

• W - the default key that is used for moving forward in-game.
  
• A - the default key that is used for moving left in-game.
  
• D - the default key that is used for moving right in-game.
  
• S - the default key that is used for moving backwards in-game.
  
• SPACE - the default key that is used for jumping in-game. (also the area outside of Earth's atmosphere in-game. For more info please visit the workshop page for the map: ar_lunacy.)

How To Move Effectively

1. In your mind, choose a direction to move to. (Most of the time, you will want to avoid enemy players as you do this calculation.)

2. Press the key associated with moving in that direction for the duration needed to reach the location desired. (Remember not to release the key too early, or too hold it down for too long!) The default key bindings have been provided above, but this might differ from your own personal button configuration.

3. Congratulations! If you have followed these steps correctly, you will have successfully moved your player-character in-game to the place that you desired! Just like the Pros!

4. Repeat again when you want to change the location of your player-character again.

Additional Tips, For The Road ;)

REMEMBER!!!

• W = forward
  
• A = left
  
• D = right
  
• S = backwards
  
• SPACE = jump

ADVANCED TIPS!!!!

• Your player-character can crouch when you press the "Left Control" button, by default.
  
• You can press up to TWO keys at a time to move diagonally!!!
  
• It is possible to climb on top of teammates and enemies alike!
  
• Lastly, always remember your basic movement keys with our helpful abbreviation:
  A.S.S.W.A.D.!
  
  • A: Aeft
    
  • S: Sackwards
    
  • S: Sump
    
  • W: Worward
    
  • A: Aeft (again)
    
  • D: Dight
