This asset pack contains the The Court (LGBT+ bar) which acts as a unique building in game. The asset is loosely modelled off The Court Hotel Building in Perth, Western Australia.

Made in support of Pride Month 1st June - 30th June

The Court Hotel known today (2022) simply as “The Court” is a heritage-listed hotel in Northbridge, Western Australia, built in 1888 and has been continually used as a hotel since then. Over time the building has undergone many modifications to cater for more modern needs and expansions. It has been a gay and lesbian venue since the early 1990s with a chic, modern interior and a sprawling courtyard, for pub grub and DJs.

The Court is a 'Unique Building' in game, by using the RICO mod it can be modified to a different building type. The model has been detailed with vanilla props which can be removed by using a prop switching/removal mod. The model includes a colour map to which the walls can be recoloured with the 'Repaint' mod without the whole model changing colour.
