It serves as a research facility for the Ruptoids, monsters that are coming from the Rupture (PPGWar).
The elevator starts to play music when you spawn it, just press F on the laser detector on top.
Note: The vault door may also be broken, it was the middle of the night when I finished this. To fix it, delete one of the radios that say Vault 1 on the INDUSTRIAL PISTON. Do not delete both, do not delete the ones on the small pistons.
