FULL SAVE for achievements, endings and unlocks

Hi,

If you are as lost as I was - HDD/SDD/etc failure and you have lost your saved game OR you are in need of some endings, achievements or unlocks?

Look no further!

Here's my magical save just for you!
It has two files, one with difficulty called Survivor Stalker Hard with a good ending (can be bad if you don't shoot the machine at the end).
The other file is for Spartan difficulty -> for the other achievement

How To

1) Download savegame file

It has two files, one with difficulty called Survivor Stalker Hard with a good ending (can be bad if you don't shoot the machine at the end).

2) Find Metro 2033 Redux save file location - you have to delve into your Documents folder to get your hands on the 4A Games folder, which contains Metro 2033 Redux.

3) C:\Users\YOURpcNAME\Documents\4A Games\Metro 2033\SomeWeirdNumbers
... with YOURpcNAME being your Windows Username

4) Your YOURpcNAME will be different, so just make your way to the Windows Users folder and figure out which profile is yours.

5) From there, seek out the weird numbers folder. BEST THING to do is to erase what's inside the Metro2033 folder and paste my contents.

5a) You can always change your own save game by adding '-copy', just to keep it for later, in case you need it.

6) Now you have to erase what steam keeps in the 'cloud', so your save won't be simply downloaded again. You need to head to:
Steam -> Library -> Right click on Metro2033 Redux -> Properties -> cloud
erase the save there

7) Now you should have my copy of a whole folder and it's ready to be played!

8) Run the game and enjoy! (you might need to play the endings via chapter select to unlock all)
9) If you want your own save back, just erase contents and copy your old save and run the game -> done!

It doesn't give me all the achievements, and the "merciful" achievement didn't give me any. I tried with two folders, there are no changes to save.Help

Additionally, I found this:
To resolve this problem you will have to remove the configuration file of your Metro Redux. It's in Localappdata folder.

@Epitom3_ I heard of this bug, the game is not recognising which difficulty you are playing and there might be incompatibility in weapons in the 3rd slot.
Best thing to do, as I recall, was to change the config in your file settings to whatever mode you are currently playing. This should fix it. And remember to turn off ShadowPlay or the Overlay from Nvidia.

Game crashes when i want to buy the 3rd gun for the empty slot. Because i want to use revolver. Any suggestion to solve this? Thx

Ah, I got it. The magic hand you meet at the end of the level. Eh, I was so excited, I checked the other leves for this feature xD I wish they'd do something like Dead Space Hand Cannon.

I used survivor stalker hard saves.

@kisa if you mean they go ragdolling around, it's the game's feature;) have fun with hellsing, I always had trouble finding ammo for it...

Lever Dry with Bourbon captured by bandits. Kill one bandit to alarm them then switch to Hellsing. Put it the direction of bandits and it randomly precise aims the bolts and kills them with dramatic dying animation. I haven't figured how to trigger this feature whenever I want.

Thank you! I have one question tho. I used your saves and it appears that when I use hellsing it automatically kills enemies in a kinda... cinematic way. I can't find any info on this online, maybe I google it wrong. I imagine this would be a feature when you complete the game on the hardest mode. Do you know anything about this?
