it is a really easy an achievement it has a however it takes a long time to recreate in a normal world, i recommend having two large civs near to each other and let them build up over time on a large map then infecting through the world, multiple smaller groups does work but you'd ideally want them around 700 each to allow for die back of the population and then 1,200 each seems to work best for the two large groups.
