Features:

Four New Origins

Pax Imperia: Begin with at least two colonies and control of ten starbases, along with additional resources and ships.

The Senate and People: Begin with a colony in one neighboring system and a starbase in another, along with additional resources and ships.

Seven Hills: Begin with terraforming technology and a terraformed Mars.

Road Builders: Begin with access to hyper relay technology and an active hyper relay in your home system.

Star Legion: The Imperial Star Legion, the force that conquered a world before the age of gunpowder.

Also another question, does the Imperial Citizenship civic let the player assimilate pops? Would be great!

I would like to suggest an additional civic that would fit Rome and why it even lasted/ reemerged: Name: Spine of the Empire: Flavor: A meticulously designed network of governance, infrastructure, and bureaucraticy ensures all worlds remain connected and efficient. No matter how far a planet lies, its path always leads back to the hearth of the empire. Effects: -20% Empire Size, +20% Unity, +40% Colony Development Speed, - 10% Consumer Goods upkeep
