L4D2 - Custom Campaign menu music

Description
Replaces the menu music with versions of the intro theme used in custom campaigns.

Dead Center: Dead Before Dawn 2, Dark Carnival: Blood Tracks, Swamp Fever: Death Sentence, Hard Rain: Cold Stream, The Parish: Suicide Blitz 2 & Left 4 Dead 1 & 2 Menu Theme.

I improve the music quality from 128 Kbit/S to 192 Kbit/S.
This will be my last upload this weekend. Enjoy, feedback is welcome!

should've used atleast Whispers of Winter
