Ambidextrous Gunslinging

This workshop item is an experiment whereby a shield can be transmogrified into a deadly weapon through the powers of blackpowder sorcery. Do not try this at home.

Your player character will acquire a set of pistols when you start a new game. Quick-battle characters (Argo Sendnar, Gamara, and Rodrigo de Braganca) will also start with one or more flintlock items. As for regular troops, they can also be found on Khergit Dismounted Lancers (quick battle) and, for singleplayer: bandits, brigands, manhunters and hired blades so as to not break immersion too much.

Hold down the defend key to aim with the secondary pistol, let go to honourably discharge (preferrably not at your own feet).
Reload is automatic and somewhat slow, and the displayed bonus ammo count will be depleted from cartridges equipped (if any).
