'Purists' Breeding Pits Restoration Project

Descripción
Restores the orc breeding pits cut content to the game. This is the original completely unaltered orc breeding pits, just as objectionable as it was in version 1.1.3, before any changes were made. You have been WARNED. Do not complain about the potentially objectionable content.

The other version of this addon contains everything relevant as redesigned by DarkGod for version 1.1.4, before he removed it entirely in 1.1.5. This version was cut from the game, and exists now purely as a form of protest against censorship. Gameplay will be just as usable and possibly better in the other version. Certainly less offensive.

So basically daemonculaba from 40K, or axlotl tanks from Dune, if you prefer. It's not like this concept has never been done before.

Eh I'm only a year late. Yeah, deleted the whole dungeon. The community felt it was very out of place due to its incredibly explicit nature, so it was censored, and then about a year after that it was quietly removed altogether. Without going into too much... Detail... The dungeon basically involves you fighting and murdering children, babies, and horrifyingly mutated mothers that are little more than golems of reproductive organs.

People felt it was out of place. DarkGod, upon introspection, agreed, and caved to the pressure. Can't say I blame him, but I do think that the original dungeon is actually rather fitting in the lore, if rather extreme.

Huh? Whats the context. He just deleted a whole dungeon?

Fantastic. I hate content being cut, and the thing about stories is sometimes disgusting shit happens. I don't see this as a reason to burn the books, as it were.

Thank you for this Addon.

Alright, courtesy of great effort from tome's resident save debugger StuntOfTheLitter, there might be a fix for the problems with this addon. Hopefully this version fixes things, though probably only for new games with it. Please report any further errors.

Yes, it should work up to the current version of tome. If someone finds a flaw preventing it, I'll fix it. (Should be true for either version, though I still recommend the other one since I can't seem to find a fix for this ones intermittent bug.)

Will the original version of the add-on work even though it's versioned as 1.1.5?

I'm surprised to find there's this "purists" version. As the person that invented the Orc Breeding Pits and wrote the lore I recommend using the other version of the restoration add-on - it includes a number of gameplay tweaks that are much more appropriate for the zone.

Just an update here - in a new run, I actually forgot to switch to the regular add-on, as per your suggestion. When I got to the East, the pits are once again missing. So although I can't reproduce the bug at the start of a game, if I play organically and wait, it seems frequent for me. Perhaps the entrance actually spawns then despawns?
