Description
Axis & Allies 1939 Setup (1940 2nd edition rules) with every nation playable.

The single most over-the-top implementation of Axis & Allies ever devised. Clearly the work of a mad person...

Playable Nations
----------------
Designed for 2 player play, there are 50 playable nations plus partisans groups.

Peruvian / Ecuador conflict and Peruvian / Colombian territorial dispute modelled, additionally the game includes an optional scenario for if Turkey had honoured its Balkan pact with Mussolini.

Oil Economy
-----------------

Adds an extra dimension to the game! Instead of certain nations having IPC Bonus' where all the oil is, instead, lets have an actual oil economy with a global marketplace and regional pricing.

Battle Board
------------
Just drag units from the map in to the battle tray, select which side is attacking and which side is defending and press "Battle".

The units will sort themselves in to their respective combat power boxes.

Units which prevent hits are not yet coded (Infantry Tank, SS Panzer/Infantry, Commando, Commissar)

Turn Based Tech Development
---------------------------
On first load all units will be available on the dashboard. To use this feature use the Turn Based dashboard buttons next to the IPC Income Tracker.

This is designed as an alternative to R&D which in our games nobody ever uses, because who pays an average of 30IPC for maybe a tech when you could buy victory instead!

So I came up with this idea.

This work was inspired by and heavily built upon the work of Undertaker who put together the scripted IPC income and spend system for the 1940 edition. I liked it. But I wanted the whole war... So I took the start Undertaker had made and learned Tabletop Simulators Lua scripting language...

So here it is, ready to start testing (I hope). Feedback welcome.

I've pushed my latest version, but haven't yet updated the rules doc. I'm continuing to add features to it at the moment but have agreed with a friend to broadcast our next game on YouTube (probably should start ~February) so folks can see how it is played.

We play 1 turn a week and each game takes us months, because its just such a big game that a single turn takes a few hours to play.

Yes I am working on a huge update that includes unit supply and supply convoys, localised per-factory production queues, and atomic weapons. It is currently in play-testing and the manual isn't finished. It definitely needs the manual as it is barely A&A anymore. I think it will probably come out in the new year.

I'm working on a huge update that I hope will be the final version, its a major overhaul that completes the game with the most comprehensive interpretation of a whole-war Axis & Allies to date.

After this, maybe its time to look at doing the same for Tolkein...
