Philosopher King Revamped

Description
This mod is a revamp of the Philosopher King civic. I created this mod because the civic in itself implies a cool concept that I felt was poorly implemented.

This mod adds a new ruler trait, Philosopher King, that is only available to empires with the Philosopher King civic. On game start, your ruler will be set 40 years older than they initially would be and also start out as level 5.

The Philosopher King Civic now provides +5 Stability to all planets and +25 Edict fund on top of the existing negative trait immunity for the Ruler and Governor leaders. The civic now adds the Philosopher trait to all rulers.

The Philosopher trait (only to the ruler):
+4 Level Cap
+200% Experience Gain
Leader Lifespan +120
+1 Monthly Influence
+50% Governing Ethics Attraction

The mod is still very new and may not be completely functional, so feel free to leave comments detailing bugs or suggestions.

The only base game file that's modified is the Philosopher King civic, so this mod should be compatible with any other mod that doesn't modify the civic.

For those that choose the Psionic Ascension route, this mod also buffs the "Chosen One" trait for empire Rulers because in the base game it's comically weak.

The "Chosen One" trait on your Ruler will now provide an additional +20% to your monthly unity income and give every planet +10 stability. The ruler with this trait will also have +200% experience gain and +5 maximum leader level (caps at level 10).

It seems like some recent update broke the civic, because I my ruler doesn't get the Philosopher King trait and dies very early into the game because he starts off older, but without the extended lifespan.

Due to time limitations of going to college, I will not have time to update this. If you want to update it to a more current version or fix bugs, feel free to port this forward but give me credit.

Doesn't seem to add philosopher trait to leader if you decide to transform to Divine Empire during psionic ascension. It adds philosopher king and imperial cult civics but my chosen one did not get philosopher trait and chosen one trait also stayed as in vanilla

The heir gets the trait upon becoming ruler

Will there be an additional bonus to heirs? It seems only the first ruler is the one that gets it.

@Peter34 the only base game overwrite is the civics modifiers, everything else is independent so as long as there isn't a name overlap it should be fine. I just updated it after doing some testing, it should now be fully functional.

How would this mod interact with something like Xenology or Perked Up Perks?
