Circuit Durability Tweak

Description
This mod changes how durability works with WX's circuits so they lose durability while in use rather than when removed in hopes of better balancing and encouraging creativity/exploration of other circuit combinations instead of "setting and forgetting" the META.
When circuits run out of durability they will deactivate and WX will complain about the specific circuit being faulty. It will then break when removed like normal.

I am not good with balancing so feedback would be very helpful. Play around with the config a bit and tell me what durability feels best for what.


Durability
Maxstat+ (LVL 1): 5 days
Maxstat+ (LVL 2): 7.5 days
Speed+ (LVL 1): 3 days
Speed+ (LVL 2): 4 days
Night Vision: 2.5 days
Light: 4 days
Heater/Cooling: 7.5 days
Shocking: 1 days
Music Box: 10 days
Bean Booster: 7.5 days

Modded: 5 days (Devs can set durability with `GLOBAL.TUNING.WXMODULEDURABILITY[prefab]` or disable the new durability system by setting it to 0)

Configuration
Mod support: When on, any modded circuits not set with a tuning value will use the "modded" default, when off they will instead use the old durability system, completely untouched. Any circuit with a tuning value specified will use that value regardless of this config option.

Durability: Every circuit can individually have it's durability completely customized or can be "disabled" meaning it will keep the old system, completely untouched.

Plans
- Fix mod support for when circuits run out of durability. (Due to complications currently will always default to breaking)
- Maybe a config option for allowing circuits to be repaired and not break when out of durability.

I was thinking of adding that, but there was some other balancing issue with that but I can't remember what it was.

I feel the charge penalty for taking out circuits is more of a restriction than the durability loss on taking them out yknow. Maybe you can add config for this mod to disable power loss on taking circuits out if its not too hard?

That sounds a bit out of the scope of this mod and I am sure there is already a mod that adds that. If there isn't one already out there I could quickly make a low-effort mod for it if you really want.

Could you possibly add a config option to let WX eat electrical doodads for charge like volt milk cause I feel that would mesh very well with making WX feel less punished from trying different circuits. Could also add config for the amount of charges eating milk or doodads give. Very epic mod though. :)

Sorry it took me so long to add configuration options everyone, I've been lazy. But now it's a thing and not only that but both the new and old durability systems can coexist with ease!
