Better Dismantle the Papacy

I "fixed" the mod. Not that it was really fixing as much as it is replacing. I merely copied the new decision from CK3's files, and removed/edited the changes necessary as Votek had changed the decision. Should overwrite the vanilla decision correctly, but it's my first mod. Feel free to judge harshly if it's not working.

Just a heads up: with the new changes to decisions scripting, this mod no longer functions. Should be an easy fix, just update the "major" categorization and the picture link.
Also, achievements have been available with mods for a long time.

@Qiso to assert the supremacy of the eastern church as the leading branch of christianity, perhaps as a step to absorbing catholicism as a way to re-unite the two, perhaps as a way to just weaken the catholics in order to re-assert their authority over Italy, many potential in-game reasons
