Description
Regenerative Hull has 1% Armor Regen per Day. In older Versions this was just 1HP and 2AP.

Several Entities use this Module. For example:
- Crystals
- Dragons
- Nanites
- Tiyanaki Matriarch
- Hive Asteroids

This Module makes them much stronger than they should be. The Hive Asteroids are shown with ~1.1k Fleet Strength each, but they can easily Tank a Fleet of 8k, because they regen 100AP instead of 2AP.

This Mod overrides 00_utilities_aux.txt
It changes Regenerative Tissue from 1% Armor Regen and 0.5% Hull Regen to 0.1% Armor Regen and 0.1% Hull Regen. This is not a good Fix as it nerfs the Module for our Ships too (but also on Enemy Ships). But thats a price im willing to pay if it means that i can defeat the Spaceborn Enemies again.

Using the Hive Asteroid as an example:
10k Armor, 20k Hull
Before: 100 Armor Regen, 100 Hull Regen per Day.
After: 10 Armor Regen, 20 Hull Regen per Day.

UPDATE: I have also added an Override for Guillies Ship Components

@nadesammich It affects all Regenerative Hull Tissue, so yes, Pirates will be affected by it when they use one of the Modules.

does this also affect pirates? Thats always been my gripe. Those guys regen way too fast and tank much larger fleets too

@ThePokepika99 even this mod is just a crude workaround. Regeneration is working as intended, but it is much too strong when used on those Spaceborn Aliens. It is fine on our Ships, as our Ships use a lot less Armor.

The only other solution would be a complete rework of the Spaceborn Aliens with a completely new Module for them, so that the percentual regeneration doesnt mess with balance. This would also require a rework of Salvage as you are not supposed to get this Module then, but OUR version of it.

@ThePokepika99 No. Just like the tracking bug, it seems like this is something that a Mod cant fix. The values to add Armor are there in the files, but they dont work for some reason.

Can you do Starbase defensive modules not applying their bonuses to hull and armor next?
Makes defensive play much weaker than it should be.
