Beschreibung
Southern Pacific on the Tehachapi in the late 1950s. Light snow in December.

You are driving a Cab Forward steam locomotive, but you will see some new Southern Pacific EMD GP20s for the first time along the way. The sign of the times.

I have covered up a lot of modern cars or items, to mimic the feel of the 50s better.

Route: Tehachapi Pass: Mojave to Bakersfield
Duration: 40 minutes Difficulty: Medium
Scenario: Standard

Hey N.S... that's going to be my next batch of scenarios! I didn't realize how much stuff mikeov1985 has produced! You're right, he is another who grasps the fine details. Sounds a bit like someone else I know. :-) Once again, thank you so much for the incredible work you have given all of us to share!

I hope you can try my 'Fox Valley Corridor' scenarios soon, starting with N.S1171. The attention to detail by Workshop creator mikeov1985 is excellent. I personally love US routes through the streets when done really well. He has got cars stopping at every single crossing - and believe me when I say there are a lot of crossings. There are a few well paid developers who could learn from it!

Hey there, my friend! I have to admit I thought about skipping this one. I love the Cab Foreword, but I detest the way Dovetail scripted the brakes. They are entirely wrong as they will not lap! The gauge tells you it has lapped, but your rapidly diminishing speed tells otherwise. 3 psi is enough to stop the train in a 2.5% grade! But, you made the scenario and it was in bad weather so... Great scenario!! I'll run this again soon because it was fun! Thanks so much for all you do and onto the next one!! :choo::chooo::choooo:

Yes, the scenario can be completed with auto fireman on. I cannot see anywhere what "he" does differently...

Hi Rammy/mwilliams. This is a hard one for me to answer - as I only ever use auto fireman (which will surprise a few people!). Maybe someone else can address your issue. Anyone?

Getting the same as Rammy. Fatal blowback in first tunnel. Blower fully on, firebox doors closed.
Auto fireman off. Pity, looks like a nice scenario.

I Can't get though the tunnel get a Fatal Blowback and Scenario Ends. i have the Blower on, Fire box Doors closed and iv'e tried with Regulator at 77% and off, can you offer any clues to what im doing wrong, i very rarely drive team Loco,s. Thank You.
