How to Freecam & Teleport.

To Freecam using keyboard press shift+c or F8.

To teleport you click F7 and you will summon the vehicle to you freecam location.

Update .25 has allowed you to direction your teleport by facing you vehicle in the same direction as you.

You can press F11 to get to the editor, Select the car (It's called Player in the tree-viewer), and rotate it using the editor tools, while in the Freecam mode there is no immediate rotation option for when you want to teleport it.
