Version 3.4

This is a personal mod that I made for myself which I decided to share.

Changes:

Civic Points: Increases the number of civic points from 2 to 9

Planetary Building Slots: Increases the number of available building slots on planets from 12 to 16

Rivalry: Essentially allows you to rival anyone in the galaxy, regardless of power or how many rivalries you already have

Travel: Removes the restriction that a system must be explored first. Allowing for any ships to enter unexplored star systems

Jump Drives: Reduces the charge up time between jumps for jump drive equipped ships from 200 to 150

Gameplay Changes Version Two

Same mod, but only changes the number of civic points to three instead of nine.
