Description
A new Flag of Scotland (Saint Andrew's Cross). I've also changed the map color of Scotland on color from flag (RGB 0 101 189)

Britisher: actually, the colour was decided on in 2003, when Labour were in office (https://web.archive.org/web/20031101170046/http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/scotland/2778189.stm) .

Britisher, the original colours are a buff cross on a sky blue background. The colour of the flag has nothing to do with the SNP.

prefer the old/real flag & colour:

The new lighter one wasw adopted by the SNP in modern day.
