Psijic Order Follower

This is my first mod attempt at any game, so go easy on me :p This mod adds a follower to the game. He is a conjurer from the Psijic Order. He can be found at the Four Shields Inn/Tavern at Dragon Bridge. This character is not overpowered nor underpowered. He is level 50, with a main focus on conjuration and one-handed abilities. Perks are set on him to give support to his skills. He should not affect your stealth meter, and he is essential. He can conjure many different beings, including Atronachs, a Dremora, and a Dragon Priest. Every once in a while, he likes to use the standard hunting bow a little too much. To avoid this problem, just take it away from him :p Hope you guys enjoy this mod, I certainly enjoyed it and all the learning I did by creating it.
