Get past Jeff in HALF LIFE ALYX

Half Life Alyx is amazing! The Jeff challenge is so memorable, freaky...and sometimes tricky. I got stuck a couple times trying to get past him and hope that this video will save some gamers a lot of time and changes of underwear.

1) Move along and never go near Jeff. Hide and distract.
2) After first meeting face -to-face, climb the block on the right and go through the broken window.
3) Lure Jeff into the room that looks like a storage room.
4) Spin the red valve.
5) Call the elevator and try not to freak out!
6) Elevator is out, look in the dark room near elevator and solve the wire problem with your Multitool.
7) Unfortunately, the wire needs you to release Jeff...
8) Unlock the door and stay clear of Jeff.
9) Continue fixing the wire. (careful not to knock over bottles! and watch out for the PA system that may screech!)
10) Get on the elevator and fix the wire inside.
11) hide from Jeff!
12) Press the button to start the elevator without touching Jeff.
13) Carefully proceed along the left (avoiding bottles and Jeff).
14) After opening the door blocked by a box with a bottle on top, you will be in a room with fences on either side of a hall. Go through the left opening and hide there.
15) You should find a hole in the busted wall, go through there and continue along.
16) Shoot the lock and enter the last phase of your trek.
17) You need to find 3 power cells that you will return to the big machine you found outside.
-One is located just down and to the left of the door that you shot the lock off of (through a hole int he wall).
-Another is located straight ahead from the locked door you shot. It will have a chair jamming it from the other side, remove the chair and go inside. There are storage compartments along the left, open them to reveal the power cell.
-The last cell is located in the back left corner of the room (if you start from the locked door you shot). Take the crank and install it into the wall socket (carefully through the rebar sticking out in front. Pull the loot you want towards the grate. Then crank the valve and grab the loot (watch out for Jeff!)
18) Power the machine outside with all 3 power cells and watch Jeff FREAK OUT!
19) Now locate the trash compactor in the adjoining room. Lure Jeff inside the trash compactor and flip the switch.
20) Go back to the power cell machine and start pulling and twisting all the things. This is set to a timer and I found the levers sticky so it might take more than one try.
NOTE: The controls on this machine might be sticky or hard to move.
