No worries at all. I didn't know what they are yet or I would have posted. It is the silver and gold rings with lancet and you need the rings maxed as well. It is also the left and right arrows with lorel also all maxed.

I'm on it. My mistake as I read the changelog and didn't notice any change.

Same with the Clock Lancet. Though it's honestly dependant on "the rings", and "the blood arrows" to unlock. That by the by, also needs a relic to be visible, on top.
