Music owned by Mental Omega Production Group, a Modder Group of Red Alert 2, and I do not own any of them.

Most of them were made by Black Ice 9, the composer of Mental Omega.

@alkri I can't fix it. Other modders said that this is Steelraven‘s problem. The master function in the mutator is useless now. It is recommended to turn on the music function in the mutator and music volume in the game

IDK what happened on Command & Conquer: Renegade Vehicle pack, but I know that Lezvin won't fix his RA3 vehicles because they were completely broken by ea26 and too hard to fix.
Maybe when I learned how to make vehicles, I will make some RA2, YR and CNC1 or CNC3 vehicles, but it may take a long time
