Knife - Mav's Reversed 2019 MW Knife

For once, I received a permission from the original author to upload this.

- v_model's animation has been reverted to the reverse grip swing
- w_model has been flipped to reflect the v_model animation

- "BloodyHands" proxy has been added to the material. Now dealing damage with knife will bloody the knife.

- weapon script knife.txt has been added to make sheathed knife position into the holster instead of stabbing the survivor's rib cage. Since this addon already has a script, why not just change the swing hitscan as well? Instead of west to southeast, now it goes from east to west. Sheathed position works while online. Swing hit scan follows whatever the server has, which will probably be the west to southeast.
