-Croutons model fixed
-Added the ability to add croutons to salads

This mod adds the following rye croutons:

3 types of "Emelya" rye croutons - in Russian, in Italian, in Texas
4 types of "Kirieshki" rye croutons - with ham and cheese, with bacon, with red caviar, with jelly and horseradish
4 types of "Three Korochki" rye croutons - with tomato and herbs, with bacon, with jelly and horseradish, with salmon and cheese
2 types of "Voroncovskie" rye croutons - with salami, with ham and cheese
