Charger AUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGH charging sound

Description
A simple edit that replace your usual Charger charging sound with AUUUUUUUUUUUUUGH voice instead.
not sure if anyone had done this before but if no one didn't, then im the one who will do it

Bug: There's a bug where the sound won't play at all (not sure if it's only in dark carnival) i'll try to fix it later though since school spammed me with works.

Yea, I was playing Dark Carnival and instead of the noise, there would just be silence during the charge. Didn't seem to have that issue on Dead Center, but maybe I just don't remember correctly
