ランドクルーザー（LAND CRUISER）は、トヨタ自動車が製造・販売する高級大型クロスカントリー車である。
日本では「ランクル(Ran-Kuru)」の愛称が広く通用する。

ここでは、最新型である300型系統について紹介する。

2021年（令和3年）6月10日（日本時間同日2時30分、UAE時間6月9日21時30分）、フラッグシップモデルとなるステーションワゴンタイプを14年ぶりにモデルチェンジ、
中東地域を中心にオンラインで300系が世界へ初公開された。
日本国内においては公式発表前の予約の段階で注文が相次ぎ、年間計画台数（5,000台）の3.6倍となる18,000台の受注を記録し、納車は5年待ちになるという異例の事態となった。


ボディは高張力鋼板の採用が拡大され、ボンネット・ルーフ・ドアパネルがアルミニウム化された。
ラダーフレーム構造を踏襲しつつ、TNGAに基づく「GA-Fプラットフォーム」へ刷新され、最新の溶接技術の採用などによりフレームが高剛性且つ軽量化。
ガソリン・ディーゼル共にV型6気筒のツインターボとなり、
ガソリン3.5 LのV35A-FTS型、およびディーゼル3.3 LのF33A-FTV型の搭載位置が後方・下方へ移動された。
これらにより、200系比で200 kg軽量化され、低重心化や前後重量配分も改善された。

トランスミッションは10速に多段化されたAT「Direct Shift-10AT」となり、ガソリン・ディーゼルそれぞれのエンジンに合わせて駆動力特性と変速タイミングを変えている。

The 300 series was first released to the world online, mainly in the Middle East.
In Japan, orders were placed one after another at the reservation stage before the official announcement, and orders for 18,000 units, which is 3.6 times the annual planned number (5,000 units), were recorded, and delivery was waiting for 5 years, which was an unusual situation. ..


The adoption of high-strength steel plates has been expanded for the body, and the bonnet, roof, and door panels have been made of aluminum.
While following the ladder frame structure, it has been renewed to the "GA-F platform" based on TNGA, and the frame has become highly rigid and lightweight by adopting the latest welding technology.
Both gasoline and diesel will be V-type 6-cylinder twin turbos.
The mounting positions of the 3.5 L gasoline V35A-FTS and the 3.3 L diesel F33A-FTV have been moved backwards and downwards.
As a result, the weight has been reduced by 200 kg compared to the 200 series, and the center of gravity has been lowered and the front and rear weight distribution has been improved.

The transmission is an AT "Direct Shift-10AT" with multiple stages of 10 speeds, and the driving force characteristics and shift timing are changed according to the gasoline and diesel engines.
