Adds a high speed 2-lane 1-way highway. Top speed is 999 KM/H (620 MPH).

Recommended to use this with my Faster Car Speeds mod

Is there a way to make the cars go faster around corners? I'm trying to make a racetrack and they refuse to go over 25 in a corner of any sort lol

nice but can u do infinite speed limit so i can go 102,000 km/h in my fiat multipla
